Cass Lake is producing some of the best summer walleye fishing we have seen in years. The fish are healthy, abundant, and feeding aggressively.

**Current Conditions**
Water temperature is 69F with stable weather patterns. The walleyes are holding on mid-lake structure in 18-26 feet of water. Live bait presentations are outperforming artificials.

**Hot Spots**
– Birch Point: Rock to sand transitions
– Douglas Point: Deep mud flats holding schools
– Allen Bay: Weed edges producing evening bites

**Presentation Tips**
Lind rigs with leeches have been deadly. Let out enough line to keep your bait just off the bottom. Slow and steady is the key to triggering bites.
